Veronica is the leader/supervisor of the initiative related to the elaboration of Critical Thinking based Guidebook on Personal Development.

Veronica has about 14 years of work experience in Moldova, both in private and in the not-for-profit sector. Mrs. Cretu is the Founder and the President of the „CMB‶ Training Center since 2002.

She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Diplomacy and IT, with Mediterranean Academy of Diplomatic Studies of Malta. Mrs. Cretu acted as a Team Leader for the last 9 years and implemented/coordinated projects in Education, HIV/AIDS prevention, Employment, Internet Governance, Museum Marketing, and other areas.

Mrs. Cretu is also an international expert/consultant with the Critical Thinking Program of the Open Society Institute, New York, USA. In this capacity, she worked in Liberia (West Africa), Turkey and Nepal.

Mrs. Cretu is a member of several committees/boards internationally.

She is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Consortium Reading and Writing for Critical Thinking, based in Cluj, Romania.

Mrs. Cretu acted as At Large Advisory Committee Member for South-Eastern Europe within the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbering (ICANN) from USA during May 2007-May 2008. During 2010, Veronica acted as a member of Board Candidate Evaluation Committee with ALAC, ICANN.

Strategic, Organizational Development (OD) and Community Development: OD Methodology and Instruments, OCAT and OD Change Management; Community Development (CDAT methodology), Methodology on participatory decision-making at the local level; Vote Mock Elections Methodology for Decision Making at the local level.

ICT (Information and Communication Technologies): Internet Governance (Infrastructure, Legal Framework, Socio-Economic Framework, Cultural and Educational dimensions, IGF, EuroDIG, ICANN);

Capacity Building Programs (For central and local government representatives, diplomatic community, NGOs, INGOs,etc.)
