Serghei is one of the leading trainers in the area of training methodology and training of trainers in Moldova. He has more than 11 years experience as a trainer of trainers. Serghei Lisenco conducted thousands of training programs for various stakeholder groups, including teachers, educators, journalists, local public administration and the business community.
Moreover, he acted as co-trainer in the training programs on HIV/AIDS conducted by the CMB Training Center together with ILO/GTZ program in Moldova. Serghei also worked with the League of people living with HIV/AIDS in Moldova and is one of the Reading and Writing for Critical Thinking Program National Trainers.
