Nicu is a former member of the RWCT International Consortium Board of Directors and is an international expert with OSI Critical Thinking Program.

He is the Director of “Innovative Solutions” LTD and the CMB Training Center Program Director in Consultancy in Management and Leadership. Nicu Cretu holds a degree in Philosophy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership and Management with the Leeds Metropolitan University, UK. Nicu has a rich working experience as RWCT Program Director and Education Programs Director with the Moldova Soros Foundation, Pro-Didactica Educational Center, Moldova Medical Foundation and International Development Partnership.

Nicu Cretu developed curricular programs for the Reading and Writing for Critical Thinking Program in Moldova; additionally he developed the curricula for numerous training programs and courses on ToT, Project Management, Time Management, Entrepreneurship, Outdoor Programs on Leadership and Team Building. Moreover, he acted as co-author of the HIV/AIDS outdoor training program conducted by CMB Training Center together with ILO/GTZ in Moldova.

Nicu Cretu is experienced in conducting Trainer of Trainers programs at national and international level. Furthermore, he provided trainings and consultancy programs for organizations in Moldova and from abroad, such as OSI, UNDP, Moldova Soros Foundation, Moldova Medical Foundation, KulturKontact – Austria, World Bank, SIEDO, Step by Step, AED, Amicii de Bambini, Mongolian Education Alliance and many others.
Nicu Cretu‘s areas of expertise include: Adult Education (TOT), Critical Thinking Theories, Project Management and Evaluation, Communities of Practice, Organizational Development, leadership and community development.
