I. Elaboration of a Guidebook on Personal Development to be used by Trainers/Teachers/Educators who conduct class hours, extra-curricular activities with students on Personal Development, and who are interested to develop critical thinking competence among others.

The Guidebook has 6 main Units:

1. Intrapersonal Development;

2. Career Development;

3. Healthy Life Style Development;

4. Interpersonal Development;

5. Financial Development;

6. Social and Community Development.

The Guidebook aims to be as a resource for Trainers, Teachers by providing them with detailed ready-session plans based on Evocation/Realization of Meaning/Reflection+Extension Framework (known also as ABC – Anticipation/Building Knowledge/Reflection). The initial version of the Guidebook is going to be in English, and can be later translated by trainers in different countries, into their local languages.
